Los Grandes Maestros del Tango - EL FLACO DANY
The project “Los Grandes Maestros del Tango” aims at bringing dancers as close as possible to tango origins, so that they can create their own style based on the genuine tango knowledge.
We aim to do this by inviting exceptional tango maestros, who can teach us tango dance and history, as lived and created by them.
Fabrica de Tango is extremely proud to receive the best milonga con traspie dancer: El FLACO DANY.
He's been dancing tango for more than 50 years, and has extensive teaching experience of tango salon & milonga in more than 50 countries in the last 30 years, most of them in the company of his best friend Gavito.
Daniel Garcia ( El Flaco Dany) will teach tango & milonga workshops in Bucharest, together with me ( Lucia Mirzan).
We have intensively practiced and danced in Buenos Aires during my stays in Argentina.
I have been dancing tango for 5 years and teaching it for 1 year, as founder of tango school www.fabricadetango.ro.
The main reason I learned the leader's part was the beauty of milonga dance, and in particular El Flaco Dany's.
